Three airlines and their affiliates serve the Minot International Airport: Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, and Allegiant Air.
The airport served 150,450 revenue enplaned passengersd in 2011, a 66% increase over last year! The previous years of 2010 and 2009 reported 90,823 and 66,771 respectively.
There are two runways at MOT. Runway 13/31 is the primary runway with ILS approach capabilities. It is 150 feet wide and 7,700 feet long. Runway 8/26 is a crosswind runway being 100 feet wide and 6,351 feet long.
The Minot International Airport terminal received a major renovation in 2010. In 2011, the airport expanded both the parking lot and passenger gate area. Big plans are underway in 2012 with infrastructure projects and design work for a new terminal building and surface parking lot!
The airport offers free wireless internet access.
The airport is conveniently located 2 miles to the North of downtown Minot.
Minot Air Force Base is loacated 10 miles north of the airport and is the home of two major wings, the 5th Bomb Wing, and 91st Missile Wing.
